We process and submit your EPA Application on your behalf – our course fees INCLUDE us collecting, processing and submitting your Licence Application documents to the NSW EPA, and paying the NSW EPA processing fee on your behalf.

This accredited two (2) day face to face course is for individuals who are required by law to obtain or renew a dangerous goods driver licence in NSW.

Course is based on the latest edition of the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail.

A Dangerous Goods Driver Licence is only required for the transportation of dangerous goods by road in the following cases:

(a) in a receptacle with a capacity of more than 500L
(b) if there is more than 500kg in a single receptacle
(c) in the case of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), where the total capacity of all IBCs is more than 3,000L or where any IBC is filled or emptied while on a vehicle.

This training course is the Nationally Accredited unit of competency TLILIC0001 Licence to transport dangerous goods by road.

Upon successfully completing this training course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment which will entitle you to obtain or renew your NSW Dangerous Goods Licence with the EPA – to access the EPA Dangerous Goods Driver Licence application form, CLICK HERE.
